About Us

Concept Mortgages was launched in the summer of 2006 by Christian Coventry. Having spent eleven years developing his skills and expertise through working in various capacities within the property and finance sector; he felt the time was right to draw on his experience and start his own customer focused Independent Mortgage Brokers.

Before training as a Financial Adviser, Christian had spent the first two years of his career in property and finance working for an Estate Agency on the Wirral, learning his trade in the tough market conditions that prevailed during the mid-nineties.

Christian then furthered his Career by working for the UK's largest Estate Agency Group, Countrywide, as a Financial Adviser. After four successful years he then moved to pastures new spending the following four years working firstly as an employed Mortgage Adviser in Northwich Cheshire, and then in the affluent South Manchester area of Altrincham.

Whilst working in Altrincham, Christian was approached by Bank of Ireland Mortgages whom offered him the role of Business Development Manager. They handed him the responsibility of managing the growth of their Lending in the North-East region of the U.K, something he achieved in a relatively short period of time. (more..)
